"We have developed a client, and the dust data and on-site construction images can be viewed on it, achieving mobile supervision. It is simple and convenient. This solution provides a real-time monitoring of dust particles (inhalable particles in the air) with video capture and storage capabilities. Real time and effective monitoring and management of regional dust can be achieved through remote data monitoring systems. The comprehensive implementation of the project can include all construction activities within the scope of supervision, truly achieving effective standardized management.
The dust video online monitoring system is an Internet of Things system, mainly composed of three parts: the perception layer (on-site online monitoring equipment), the transmission layer (dedicated transmission network), and the application layer (monitoring center). The system uses devices such as light scattering dust monitoring equipment, infrared spherical cameras (with video capture function), and data image video collection and transmission to achieve real-time, remote, and automatic monitoring of PM2.5 PM10、 The raw data and video records obtained from the perception layer such as meteorological parameters and videos are stored, processed, analyzed, and organized on a cloud platform through a transmission network. The resulting data is converted into detailed information and displayed in real-time on monitoring terminals or large screens. The system can simultaneously forward the raw environmental automatic monitoring data to multiple environmental protection departments or multi-level and multiple environmental monitoring centers, achieving data interconnection and sharing, and forming a unified and collaborative comprehensive special environmental protection system with each department performing its own duties.
When encountering environmental pollution exceeding the standard, relevant departments are notified to inspect the area through data, images, and video capture in the first time. At the same time, the person in charge of pollution emissions in the area can also detect and improve the problem in the first time through on-site data display and video capture display, realizing the integration of online monitoring and management of particulate matter and dust pollution in the park, and improving the efficiency and ability of scientific management.
